Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your email address, name, and specialty. User Content: You may create tasks, notes, calendar items, attachments, and reminders in the app. Most task and note data is stored locally on your device. Voice Transcription: If you use voice features, your audio may be securely sent to our transcription provider to convert speech into text. Audio is used only to provide transcription and task extraction functionality. Purchases: Subscription and purchase status may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat.

How We Use Information

We use information to: • Provide account access • Create and manage tasks and notes • Transcribe voice notes • Manage subscription access • Improve reliability and support

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use service providers such as Supabase, RevenueCat, and transcription providers only to operate the app.

Data Storage

Praxy is designed to keep clinical workflow data local when possible. Some account, subscription, and voice transcription data may be processed securely through cloud services.
